You can purchase cheap international telephone cards from us in a number of quick ways: online from our website, fax, mail or by calling our toll free customer service number on.

Purchasing Your Cheap International Calling Cards with TelephoneCard.com.au

1. Chose your desired telephone card by

a) Clicking on the brand of the card you want to buy from the selection to your left hand side of this page. OR

b) Discover out the most budget rates by comparing multiple telephone card rates and plans by searching by destination. If you want to call New Zealand from Australia, simply select "Australia" in the top drop down menu and "New Zealand" in the bottom drop down menu.

2. Select what you would like spend. You can spend anywhere from $10 to $50. The greater your spend or recharge, the more value for dollar you will get with better rates to popular destinations such as Ireland, Singapore, India and Pakistan. Then, select the quantity you would like to purchase. Say you would like to buy a telephone card for yourself and a calling card for your sister, all you simply do is enter "2" in the quantity. Then, just click "Go", your shopping cart item will be updated with your purchases.

3. Look for more telephone cards to get better rates to multiple countries. Once you chose all the calling cards that suit your needs, you can simply add them to your shopping cart. All your shopping cart items are kept securely, ready for you to pay for them when you checkout.

4. "View Cart" button in the top right hand side of the screen allows you to visit your shopping cart. Once you are done shopping, simply click "checkout" and you can pay for your items.

5. Once you buy something from us, we will need your personal data (which we will never share with any third parties). However, once you take the time to do this once, all subsequent times, your data will be held with your quick access to it for rapid checkout.

6. Upon completion, simply chose your payment method and enter the credit card details if that.s is how you have elected to pay. Click on the "submit" button to complete the order.

7. An email will confirm your purchase. For those who elect to buy telephone cards by cheque or money order, please print out your order confirmation page and send it through to us with your cheque or money order details.

FAX or MAIL (credit card, cheque or money order)

1. Go to our mail and fax order form.

2. Print out your order form.

3. Fill out the form and fax it to fax number or address on top of the form or mail it to us. DIRECT DEPOSIT

1. When ordering online, select "Direct Deposit" and follow the instructions.

2. Your bank.s online banking will allow you to transfer funds to:

3. Payment may take upto 5 working days to process. Once it goes through, you will receive your pin by mail and your card too.

NetBank Direct deposit (For Commonwealth Bank Customers)

1. Elect "Direct Deposit" and follow the subsequent instructions.

2. Enter the Netbank website and login using your Netbank client no. and password. An election to "transfer money" will become visible.

3. You will be asked to select the account from which you wish to transfer the money, select your account - you may have several.

4. Our bank details are:

5. In the "amount box" enter value of the telephone card(s) you have bought.

6. Your name and number that you provide to us in the "description" box, should match the details you have given us in the order form online.

7. Press "transfer now"

8. Payment may take up to 5 working days to process. Once it goes through, you will receive your pin by mail and your card too.

NAB Internet Banking direct deposit (For National Australia Bank Customers)

1. Login online, select "Direct Deposit" and follow the instructions.

2. Visit the NAB website and login using your National ID and Internet banking password.

3. Select "My Payee List" from the "Funds Transfer Menu" on top of the screen.

4. Click on the "Add Payee button".

5. Enter the following account info, and press OK:

Payee Nickname: Telephone Card

Statement reference: Please enter your order number. Please check your email for your telephone cards order number.

Remitter name: Your name (eg: John Smith)

Account Name: Phone Card Star

BSB: 112879

Account No. 065591841

6. Chose "New funds transfer" from the "Funds Transfer Menu" on the screen.

7. Select the bank account that you want to use to pay for your telephone card.

8. Find Telephone Card from your payee list and click on the "next" button.

9. For the "amount box" enter value of the telephone card(s) you have purchased, ensure "once off transfer" is ticked please.

10. Enter your Internet Banking password then click on "submit".

11. Once payment is processed (within 5 working days), your pin and account details will be emailed to you or sent out to you by snail mail.
